  • Designing processes and managing budgets for external specialized employee training
  • Building and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base
  • Identifying contractors and tools for employee training

  • You have 2+ years of relevant experience
  • You are familiar with staff evaluation methods and have experience in grading
  • You have experience building training and assessment systems from scratch
