- Developing the training system, including creating processes for staff evaluation and grading
- Designing processes and managing budgets for external specialized employee training
- Building and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base
- Identifying contractors and tools for employee training

- You are familiar with staff evaluation methods and have experience in grading
- You have experience building training and assessment systems from scratch
