Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media channels (Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Write clear, concise, info-style texts for social media
  • Plan content: formats, topics, content calendars
  • Create visuals for posts using Canva, Figma, Photoshop
  • Work with video editing tools (CapCut or similar)
  • Analyze content performance and adjust strategies
  • Engage with the audience in comments
  • Keep up with trends, propose fresh ideas, and test new formats
  • Collaborate with bloggers and external contractors if needed

Key skills:

  • Strong writing skills in info style
  • Proficiency with graphic editors
  • Creativity

You are a good fit if

  • You have at least 1 year of experience managing social media
  • You have hands-on experience creating visual and written content
  • You’re confident using at least one graphic editor (Canva, Figma, Photoshop)
  • You know how to edit videos using CapCut or similar tools
  • You can write sharp, concise, no-fluff texts in info style
  • You’ve worked with mid-scale projects
  • You know how to manage content effectively
  • You can work with analytics and adjust strategies based on data
  • You’re detail-oriented, creative, and a fast learner
  • You’re great at communication and know how to work with feedback
