Responsibilities
- Support employees on HR issues (hiring, adaptation, evaluation, development, rotation, etc.)
- Collaborate with team leads jointly with HR BP
- Develop and introduce new tools/processes jointly with HR BP
- Work on improving ENPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) jointly with HR BP;
- Carry out team mood research, boost employee engagement and motivation
- Ensure compliance with HR processes within the unit
- Help organize team-building activities
- Celebrate employee birthdays
- Engage in other HR processes as they emerge and as competencies grow

You are a good fit if
- You have at least 1 year of experience in HR and a solid understanding of HR processes
- You are proficient in organizing team-building activities, hosting 1:1 sessions, and supporting onboarding
- You are well-versed in People Management basics
- You are highly empathetic
- You are highly skilled in communication and able to build trusted relationships with employees
- You can think quickly and be responsive
- You are flexible and quick to adapt
- You are self-organized and proactive
