Responsibilities

  • Support employees on HR issues (hiring, adaptation, evaluation, development, rotation, etc.)
  • Collaborate with team leads jointly with HR BP
  • Develop and introduce new tools/processes jointly with HR BP
  • Work on improving ENPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) jointly with HR BP;
  • Carry out team mood research, boost employee engagement and motivation
  • Ensure compliance with HR processes within the unit
  • Help organize team-building activities
  • Celebrate employee birthdays
  • Engage in other HR processes as they emerge and as competencies grow

You are a good fit if

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in HR and a solid understanding of HR processes
  • You are proficient in organizing team-building activities, hosting 1:1 sessions, and supporting onboarding
  • You are well-versed in People Management basics
  • You are highly empathetic
  • You are highly skilled in communication and able to build trusted relationships with employees
  • You can think quickly and be responsive
  • You are flexible and quick to adapt
  • You are self-organized and proactive
