Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a learning system: develop employee assessment and grading processes
  • Set up and manage budgets for external professional training
  • Create and maintain an up-to-date internal knowledge base
  • Research and onboard training tools and vendors

  • Knowledge of employee evaluation methods
  • Confidence working with data
