Responsibilities

  • Take part in strategy development for several units and create HR strategies on the basis
  • Analyze the connection between business and HR metrics (engagement, satisfaction, turnover)
  • Collaborate with unit managers and team leads
  • Work individually with HiPo (High Potential) employees
  • Carry out team planning sessions and retrospectives
  • Evaluate employee performance (monthly and quarterly)
  • Support the hiring process: planning, prioritization, final interviews
  • Conduct performance reviews and 1:1 sessions
  • Help with adaptation, training, development, motivation, and retention of employees
  • Build and improve internal processes
  • Control the budget and payroll fund
  • Solve problems independently and take responsibility for decisions

You are a good fit if

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in an HR BP role
  • You can communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • You possess a wide range of HR tools and can apply them in different situations and team development cycles
  • You are highly empathetic
  • You are flexible and quick to adapt to change
  • You are proactive in your work, and able to offer new ideas and act on them
  • Experience in digital or IT teams will be your advantage
  • A degree in psychology, coaching, or human resources management will be your advantage
