Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing the sales strategy for the unit
- Scaling and growing the sales team: hiring, onboarding, performance, retention, support with non-standard cases
- Controlling team goals and motivation
- Managing the department budget: payroll, tracking team ROI and KPIs
- Achieving targets for key unit metrics
- Monitoring financial flows and settlements to minimize receivables and ensure transparency and stability
- Working with metrics, analytics, revenue plans, and contribution to P&L
- Personally participating in negotiations and managing key clients
- Cross-functional collaboration with other departments in the unit and holding company
- Participating in international conferences to maintain and expand professional network
Key skills:
- Igaming experience
- Sales team management experience (2–3+ years)
