Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing the sales strategy for the unit
  • Scaling and growing the sales team: hiring, onboarding, performance, retention, support with non-standard cases
  • Controlling team goals and motivation
  • Managing the department budget: payroll, tracking team ROI and KPIs
  • Achieving targets for key unit metrics
  • Monitoring financial flows and settlements to minimize receivables and ensure transparency and stability
  • Working with metrics, analytics, revenue plans, and contribution to P&L
  • Personally participating in negotiations and managing key clients
  • Cross-functional collaboration with other departments in the unit and holding company
  • Participating in international conferences to maintain and expand professional network

Key skills:

  • Igaming experience
  • Sales team management experience (2–3+ years)

  • Skills in managing team performance and engagement

  • Ability to handle complex cases and support the team in non-standard situations
