Responsibilities
- Build out the C&B function and processes from the ground up: loyalty programs, salary analytics, medical insurance management, and more
- Develop and implement new tools and processes, automate what’s already running
- Establish strong cross-functional connections within the HR unit
- Manage budgets for all areas under your scope
- Provide HR analytics and support for opening new offices in other countries
Key skills:
- Experience building Compensation & Benefits (C&B) from scratch
- Hands-on experience automating HR processes

- You have experience with C&B in an international company
- You understand HR operations across different employment formats and with foreign employees
- You’ve built C&B systems from scratch
- You’ve led a team: delegating, prioritizing, getting things done
- You know how to automate HR workflows
- You’re communicative, proactive, and not afraid to take ownership
