Head of C&B

• Build out the C&B function and processes from the ground up: loyalty programs, salary analytics, medical insurance management, and more
  
• Develop and implement new tools and processes, automate what’s already running
  
• Establish strong cross-functional connections within the HR unit
  

• Manage budgets for all areas under your scope
  
• Provide HR analytics and support for opening new offices in other countries

• Experience building Compensation & Benefits (C&B) from scratch
  
• Hands-on experience automating HR processes
