Responsibilities
- Managing the affiliate team (up to 16 people): hiring, onboarding, work planning, training, emotional well-being, assisting with non-standard issues;
- Developing and implementation of the affiliate block;
- Participation in the formation of the sales strategy;
- Achievement of plans for key metrics of the unit;
- Setting and achieving the sales plan for the team;
- Monitoring goal achievement and motivating the team;
- Managing the department budget: payroll, tracking team profitability;
- Managing and improving the effectiveness of the Customer Care Team;
- Monitoring payments to webmasters;
- Covering at least 85% of the assigned client base.

You are a good fit if
- Relevant experience in the igaming field as an Affiliate Head;
- Skills in managing team effectiveness and engagement;
- Management experience: hiring, onboarding, development, motivation;
- Ability to solve complex cases and assist the team in non-standard situations;
- Conversational English will be a plus 😉
