Responsibilities

  • Managing the affiliate team (up to 16 people): hiring, onboarding, work planning, training, emotional well-being, assisting with non-standard issues;
  • Developing and implementation of the affiliate block;
  • Participation in the formation of the sales strategy;
  • Achievement of plans for key metrics of the unit;
  • Setting and achieving the sales plan for the team;
  • Monitoring goal achievement and motivating the team;
  • Managing the department budget: payroll, tracking team profitability;
  • Managing and improving the effectiveness of the Customer Care Team;
  • Monitoring payments to webmasters;
  • Covering at least 85% of the assigned client base.

You are a good fit if

  • Relevant experience in the igaming field as an Affiliate Head;
  • Skills in managing team effectiveness and engagement;
  • Management experience: hiring, onboarding, development, motivation;
  • Ability to solve complex cases and assist the team in non-standard situations;
  • Conversational English will be a plus 😉
