Financial Operations Manager (Payments)

Responsibilities
- Process payments requested by employees with a range of tools, payment platforms, and services (both foreign and domestic)
- Collect documents for reporting
- Address incoming inquiries from banks and payment systems
- Advise employees on payment procedures
- Manage current balances for banks and payment platforms within 1C:Document Management
- Work in the Odoo system (requests and budgets) and 1C

You are a good fit if
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- You have worked with banks (including foreign organizations) and payment systems
- You are experienced in working with 1C
- You can efficiently handle large volumes of data without compromising quality
- You are responsible and attentive to detail
- You have a decent understanding of written English
- Experience in advertising or IT will be your advantage
