Responsibilities
- Process payments
- Reconcile the company’s bank balances with internal financial records
- Communicate with the bank and prepare documents for compliance
- Prepare closing documents for the accounting department regarding company transactions in Serbia monthly, and communicate with the department about business operations in Serbia (VAT reporting, e-invoices)
- Manage the electronic document archive
- Work with individual entrepreneurs: tax and other payments control, accountants communication, document preparation, payments and general inquiries assistance, calculations for payouts
- Provide financial advice to colleagues
- Carry out tasks set by the supervisor

You are a good fit if
- You are proficient in English at an Intermediate level or higher
- You know Serbian well enough to understand the documents
- You are familiar with 1C and well-versed in Excel (Advanced level);
- You understand Serbian legislation regarding international payments and internal accounting
- You are experienced in accounting management
