  • Driving and fine-tuning our network strategy
  • Setting ambitious monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets — and making them happen
  • Making business processes smarter, faster, better
  • Building the media presence of the company and the CEO
  • Aligning with other business units and making cross-team magic happen

You are a good fit if

  • You’ve run sales teams in affiliate networks
  • You’ve got deep expertise in iGaming and Betting
  • You’re not just a manager — you’re a true leader: motivating, developing, planning, delegating, and delivering
  • You build sales processes like an engineer — structured, repeatable, scalable
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • You’re ready to relocate to Belgrade
