- Leading our commercial affiliate team (up to 50 people and growing)
- Driving and fine-tuning our network strategy
- Setting ambitious monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets — and making them happen
- Making business processes smarter, faster, better
- Building the media presence of the company and the CEO
- Aligning with other business units and making cross-team magic happen

You are a good fit if
- You’ve run sales teams in affiliate networks
- You’ve got deep expertise in iGaming and Betting
- You’re not just a manager — you’re a true leader: motivating, developing, planning, delegating, and delivering
- You build sales processes like an engineer — structured, repeatable, scalable
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
- You’re ready to relocate to Belgrade
