Corporate Culture Manager

• Organize the most unforgettable events and corporate parties for a large holding team
  
• Work with external contractors
  
• Develop and introduce corporate culture projects jointly with the HR team (referral program, event calendar, etc.)
  
• Take care of employee well-being and, jointly with the HR department, implement additional programs for material and non-material motivation, benefits, and compensation (CnB)
  

• Manage internal communications and analyze their effectiveness
  
• Develop and act on ideas for managing our social media (both independently and with the marketing team)
  
• Take upon yourself the full cycle of work regarding the company’s values and mission
  
• Grow the employer brand: increase recognition, attractiveness, and loyalty
