Responsibilities
- Managing a commercial team within a partner network (up to 50 people);
- Working with the partner network strategy;
- Developing and implementing department plans (monthly/quarterly/annual);
- Improving business processes;
- Enhancing the company’s and CEO’s media presence, collaborating with the marketing team;
- Building communication with cross-functional teams.
Key skills:
- Expertise in iGaming
- Strong management skills
- English language
You are a good fit if
- Experience managing sales teams in a partner network;
- Expertise in iGaming and Betting verticals;
- Strong management skills (motivation, development, task setting, planning, delegation, evaluation);
- Experience in building sales-related business processes;
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
- Willingness to relocate to Belgrade;
- Systematic thinking and a data-driven approach.
