Responsibilities

  • Managing a commercial team within a partner network (up to 50 people);
  • Working with the partner network strategy;
  • Developing and implementing department plans (monthly/quarterly/annual);
  • Improving business processes;
  • Enhancing the company’s and CEO’s media presence, collaborating with the marketing team;
  • Building communication with cross-functional teams.

Key skills:

  • Expertise in iGaming
  • Strong management skills
  • English language

You are a good fit if

  • Experience managing sales teams in a partner network;
  • Expertise in iGaming and Betting verticals;
  • Strong management skills (motivation, development, task setting, planning, delegation, evaluation);
  • Experience in building sales-related business processes;
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
  • Willingness to relocate to Belgrade;
  • Systematic thinking and a data-driven approach.
