Responsibilities
- Maintaining current partners (account management) and ensuring their growth
- Achieving sales targets and expanding the scope of partnerships
- Conducting regular market analysis to identify new opportunities
- Attracting new partners and expanding the number of partners
- Enhancing the efficiency of collaboration with existing partners
Key skills:
- Account management
- Experience with CPA
- English language
You are a good fit if
- You understand the CPA model (CPI, CPS, CPL, etc.)
- You have knowledge of the gambling/betting industry and traffic specifics
- You understand the working principles of major advertising platforms
- You can identify client needs and provide effective solutions
- You possess strong business communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken Russian
- Your English proficiency is at least B2 (both written and spoken)
- You have a proven track record of conducting face-to-face meetings and presentations with international advertisers
- Can resolve issues in favor of the company without compromising the quality of client interactions
- You have experience in affiliate marketing and affiliate programs
