Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the CEO CPA work calendar;
  • Full support for travel (conferences, business trips);
  • Working with documents (visas, passports), organizing training;
  • Creating agendas for meetings and recording all agreements;
  • Task management in Asana: deadlines, setting tasks according to SMART criteria, monitoring the execution of assignments, tracking and collecting status updates;
  • Attending all meetings of the manager;
  • Working with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and presentations;
  • Organizing strategic sessions;
  • Supporting the manager’s personal brand: participating in content preparation, events, and publications.

  • Good in spreadsheets and presentations

You are a good fit if

  • You have a higher education degree
  • You have experience in a business assistant role
  • You maintain high standards in your work
  • Your English proficiency is at a B2 level or higher
  • You have a good attention to details
  • You can effectively save the CEO’s time
  • You have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a sense of responsibility
