Responsibilities
- Maintaining the CEO CPA work calendar;
- Full support for travel (conferences, business trips);
- Working with documents (visas, passports), organizing training;
- Creating agendas for meetings and recording all agreements;
- Task management in Asana: deadlines, setting tasks according to SMART criteria, monitoring the execution of assignments, tracking and collecting status updates;
- Attending all meetings of the manager;
- Working with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and presentations;
- Organizing strategic sessions;
- Supporting the manager’s personal brand: participating in content preparation, events, and publications.

- You have a higher education degree
- You have experience in a business assistant role

- Your English proficiency is at a B2 level or higher
