Backoffice Specialist / Reconciliation Manager

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile conversions with partners and investigate discrepancies
  • Manage client accounts and sign contracts
  • Work with marketing tools and tracking platforms: Affise, AppsFlyer, Odoo, Asana
  • Set tasks to the accounting department for billing documents and ensure all necessary materials are in place
  • Make sure the received documents meet the terms of the agreement
  • Engage in business correspondence
  • Collect data for management accounting and ensure accurate and timely completion of the reports
  • Active collaboration with the Sales and Finance departments

You are a good fit if

  • You have at least one year of experience in finance or accounting
  • You are well-versed in MS Office (Excel) and Google Sheets and able to use formulas
  • You are proficient in English at an Intermediate level or higher
  • You understand financial documents and contract terms
  • You are responsible and attentive to numbers
  • Business correspondence skills in English will be your advantage
