Responsibilities
- Organizing and supervising the work of the administrative team (office manager, travel manager, cleaning staff, driver)
- Full oversight of office facility operations: communicating with landlords on lease terms, office maintenance, contracts, renovations, office moves, etc.
- Ensuring proper upkeep of the office infrastructure (lighting, heating, ventilation systems, etc.)
- Managing cleaning and maintenance services for the office
- Setting up workspaces, coordinating staff moves, organizing repairs and relocations
- Travel support: overseeing employee business trips (transfers, tickets, hotels)
- Organizing corporate events
Key skills:
- Office facility management (repairs, relocations, landlord relations, office maintenance)
- Team management within the administrative department
You are a good fit if
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Skills in office space management, organizing repairs, and office search
- Conversational English or Serbian
- Interest in new trends in workspace organization and ability to apply them
- Proactive mindset and ability to suggest solutions
- Strong communication skills, systematic thinking, multitasking abilities
