Сommercial Director

• Lead the commercial team (4 business units) and supporting infrastructure
  
• Translate company strategy into tactical execution across all units
  
• Oversee budgets and manage accounts receivable
  

• Continuously improve internal business processes
  
• Prepare reports and updates for shareholders
  
• Ensure smooth communication between departments

Key skills:

• Executive-level leadership experience (COO or CCO)
  
• Proven track record in Digital Marketing (iGaming) at 150+ employee companies
  
• Strong leadership and management skills
  
• Willingness to relocate to Belgrade
