- Base bonus is €300, but the higher the grade, the bigger the payout. Top pros deserve way more.
- Once your candidate nails the interview and starts the job, we agree on how you’ll get paid and send you the 1/3 of your bonus.
- After they pass their trial period, the rest of your bonus is all yours.
