Expertise, ambition, and a human-centric approach. Why did these become the core values of Alfaleads Group?
— A company mirrors its leadership — founders, owners, and top executives — for they are the ones who shape the values. Corporate philosophy comes from the top, bringing together those who share it. What brings together our team is a never-ending drive for progress, innovation, and new markets. Plus, we work in an industry where rapid growth and real success are more than achievable.
What role does the people-first mindset play in your company’s success?
— People are at the heart of our culture. We care about them, we support them, and they support us in return. It’s a two-way street. I genuinely believe that happy people are effective people, and we see it in action every day. Most of our new projects are initiated by the team. Our employees come up with ideas and bring them forward. We believe that only a company built on these principles can truly thrive.
We go even deeper, and take responsibility not just for our people’s growth within the company, but also for how they land if they leave. We support our departing teammates with comfortable offboarding, and we’re proud that if people want to move on, they do so with confidence, strong skills, and expertise. Good to see that the experience they gain here and the reputation our company has built over time let them land their next role with ease. I think it’s a value in itself — knowing that if your journey takes a new turn, you’re leaving stronger than you came in.
How would you describe your leadership style?
— I believe in leadership through expertise and solid structure, but it doesn’t border on bureaucracy or rigid discipline.
Career growth, success, and earnings are our priorities — for each employee. There’s healthy competition for resources and project priority. But that’s what makes the team stronger and the goals bolder.
Also, we leverage technology in our work, striving to make the most of what progress offers. And as I’ve said, we value the power of the individual. While we have a role-based structure, the “I” of each employee makes all the difference. We encourage people to speak up, pitch in with ideas, and lead projects. Any employee can walk up to the CEO to share feedback or suggestions. That openness is part of our culture.
In interviews, you often compare your company to a sports team. Why?
— Some say a company is like a family, others see it as a sports team — I’m all for the latter. In a family, even the most difficult member stays, no matter what. In a sports team, however, weak players get benched fast, and rightly so. If you’re carrying someone else’s weight along with your own, the whole team goes down.
In a great team, everyone contributes their part, pushes forward, and lifts each other up. Those who don’t eventually drop out. That’s the mindset I stand by, because we want to give our people a chance to work alongside the strongest players in the market — sometimes you look up to them, other times, you are the one they look up to.

CEO Alfaleads Group Roman Manuylov
What advice would you give to those who want to join your team?
— Do it! People come first here, and it shows in our culture, where support, especially for those just starting, is second nature to everyone. Plus, our onboarding system is designed to make your start easy and smooth.
Alfaleads Group is where legends are born. Many of the industry’s top names started with us. Most of our top management are people who joined us in junior roles and made an impact from day one.
What really sets us apart is the loyalty of our team. Many of those who were here at the very start are still with us today. That says something.
So stay curious, keep learning, and don’t be afraid to aim high. We’ll give you everything you need to bring your boldest ambition to life.
As a CEO, what keeps your fire burning?
— I’m driven by new ideas. By fresh challenges. By the incredible people who join our team. One of my favorite work meetings is our so-called “Coffee with the CEO” sessions — casual conversation where new hires share their stories, passions, and goals.
And I truly love Mondays. I always look forward to seeing my team again after a weekend — that’s when you know you’re in the right place.
