How A Top iGaming Team
Gets It Done

Article by Alexandra Komleva, PR Manager Alfaleads Network

The CEO of Alfaleads Network opens up about the present and future of a leading affiliate program, and reveals what matters when entering the industry.

What are Alfaleads Network’s goals for the near future?

In recent years, we’ve steadily grown our net profit. Take 2024 as an example — we tripled our earnings from the year before. This kind of success motivates us, and we want to keep that momentum going. So, the key priority right now is scaling up across the board — in numbers, expertise, offers, new verticals, and, of course, our team.

A big part of making it happen is focusing on SEO development. For us, 2025 is the year of SEO traffic. Despite Google update shaking up the iGaming market, organic traffic already makes up over 60% of our total volume, and we expect that number to keep climbing.

What sets you apart from other affiliate networks?

Most likely the fact that Alfaleads Network is the only affiliate program in iGaming with 9 years of experience in organic traffic. We’ve been focused on SEO from day one — and we’ve been growing steadily every year, both in expertise and in numbers. Now, we’re fully equipped to scale even further.

Does this mean you don’t work with other traffic sources?

Not at all. We still work with ASO, UAC, In-App, and other quality sources. Yet organic traffic is by far of the highest quality and most sought-after by advertisers. That’s why SEO remains the smartest long-term play for building strong, lasting partner relationships.

What departments make up Alfaleads Network today, and what role does each of them play?

We’re a team of over 40 people. We’ve got departments for affiliates, advertisers, developers and integrators, a quality control team, analysts, HR experts, project managers, and Customer Care Team. Every single one brings something crucial to the table. I believe that top results with high traffic volumes and large budgets are only possible through strong teamwork and streamlined workflows.

Nine years deep in the iGaming industry, we know the challenges our partners face. We help them find personalized, truly profitable solutions — trending landing pages, caps, GEOs, offers, and payouts. I’m confident that when it comes to expertise, my team stands unrivaled across the entire industry.

What usually surprises the newcomers?

For entry-level roles, we often hire people who are new to the industry. My experience shows it’s way easier and more effective to bring in an enthusiastic team member and train them from scratch, guiding them through our company’s values and culture as they grow.

At first, many things catch them off guard. They often do not expect freshly made breakfasts every morning by our office chefs, a dedicated office doctor, or a variety of fun events — from game nights and movie screenings to international corporate parties with celebrity guests.

Nor are they used to having free English and Serbian classes, plus access to courses that help them grow in their own field. On top of that, a structured onboarding and adaptation process, and friendly colleagues ready to support newcomers at every step of their journey.

Our approach to training is what really impresses the new hires. Alfaleads Network runs an affiliate academy for the new employees and a year-round series of workshops for the whole team. These cover practical and in-demand topics like traffic sources, trackers, sales, case studies — everything you need to work efficiently.

A recent new hire said, “It’s the first time I’ve seen everything done exactly as it should be — no chaos, no bureaucracy.” That kind of feedback means the world. It shows we’re on the right track, and that from day one, our team feels confident and cared for.

Do you have regular “lessons learned” sessions? How does the team talk through mistakes or tough situations?

We do discuss mistakes but there’re no public “showdowns”. Instead, we hold small-group sessions of what caused the issue and how to avoid it next time. Our goal isn’t to point fingers, but to find solutions — that’s how we do it as a team.

To help junior teammates learn, we bring up the most common mistakes at team meetings: we break them down and brainstorm better ways to handle them. The key is setting the right framework. We follow a Test & Learn mindset, so we’re not afraid to experiment and grow through practice.

Any spots open in your team right now?

We are growing, and currently looking for a Head of Affiliates. Senior-level affiliate and bizdev managers are also more than welcome. Same goes for Sales Support Manager and Team Lead Affiliate.

Check out other open positions on our holding company’s website. We’ve got a referral program too — so if you know a star player, refer them and grab your reward!

What do you value most in a new team member, both in terms of skills and personality?

As I said, passion is key — that’s what my experience tells me.

At our company, we value a hunger for growth and an ambition to deliver results, discover new angles, and constantly soak up fresh knowledge. So while looking for a new team member, I put their potential and drive to grow at the top of the list.

On the personality side, I prefer those who work well in teams, show leadership talent, think creatively, and take initiative. Hard skills matter too, but those can be trained — and we’ve got a solid system in place to do that quickly and effectively.

Expertise and drive of the Alfaleads Network team is what sets them apart

In short, your team is…

Pure drive! At Alfaleads Network, we are a high-voltage force — charged up, driven to win, and sparking energy in everyone around us.
